What does it all mean?
Real Estate Fundamentals - Delta College (Bob) & Sharp real estate school (Michelle)
Graduate REALTOR Institute - Involves 3 separate courses in basic real estate practices, general marketing, investing, negotiating, real estate law, rental law, and much more.
Certified Residential Specialist - Involves 3 or more intense courses in advanced residential negotiating, business planning, servicing clients and customers, advanced marketing techniques, and much more! Must also have years of proven experience and at least one other designation in order to earn the CRS designation. Only 4% of all Realtors have this designation!
e-PRO - Involves an online course lasting approximately a month. Covers advanced ways to work with buyers and sellers via the Internet.
Certified Buyer Representative - Involves a 2 day course covering only buyers rights and services provided by a Buyer Representative. Buyer representation is now world wide, but FEW have the background of how to really work FOR the buyer.
Relocation Specialist - An in-house designation, earned by working with national relocation networks and our companies relocation department.
Associate Broker - You must have 3+ years as a full time agent with a minimum of 30 transactions and pass a state level exam. Exam covers items such as real estate laws, ethics, fair housing, advertising practices, etc.
