Home Buyers Guarantee:
I will guarantee to you, in writing, to save you up to $10,000 on your next home purchase or I will pay you up to $2,000 Cash at closing.
The rules are as follows:
1. You must agree to let us work for you as a Buyer's Agent. (No cost to you)
2. You must get pre-approved for a loan with one of our approved lenders. (No cost)
3. The guarantee amount and cash back amount fluctuate based on the asking price of the subject property.
4. The guarantee is void when purchasing one of my own listings, due to dual agency.
5. If you buy one of my listings without a warranty, we will supply one for you instead of the guarantee.
6. If the home is a bank owned or corporate home, the cash back will be one half of the normal amount.

I will guarantee to get an accepted offer on your property in 180 days,
or I will pay you $500 Cash at closing.
The rules are as follows:
1. You must agree to let us list your property for at least 180 days.
2. You must price your property within our market analysis for sold value.
3. You must have your home in proper showing condition during all showings.
4. If after the first 30 days of the listing, we have an offer come in for 90% of original asking price, it must be accepted or the guarantee will be voided.
